Small class sizes, nurturing teachers, and a clear focus on both meeting children’s needs and challenging every child – these are just a few of the reasons I chose Astoria Lutheran. This is our fifth year at Astoria Lutheran and I have watched the school as it has thoughtfully grown to embrace new teaching ideas and new technology, while also doing an excellent job with making sure the fundamentals are always well covered. The teachers appreciate individual creativity and understand the place of joy and laughter in the classroom. Our family could not be happier with being part of the Astoria Lutheran community.
